Programme Introduction

GENERAL OBJECTIVE OF THE PROGRAMME

The programme is aimed at:

• Exposing trainee to both technical and managerial components of entrepreneurial skill.
• Inculcating or awakening the spirit of entrepreneurship in potential and existing entrepreneurs.
• Effecting a lasting change in the entrepreneurship motivational attitude and competence of potential and existing entrepreneurs.
• Giving trainee the opportunity to discover entrepreneurial traits or improve on the identified ones, through exposure and exploration of entrepreneurial skills/activities.
• Equipping trainee with necessary entrepreneurial skills to set up entrepreneurial venture based on commercializable technologies developed at the Federal Institute of Industrial Research Oshodi-Lagos.
